Full Performance Consultancy A 12-Week Daily-Managed Tennis Development Programme for Committed Players Pushing Towards Regional and National Level The Full Performance Consultancy is designed for committed players who are serious about moving towards Regional and National level tennis. This is not a standard weekly tennis lesson. At this stage, development cannot be random. The player needs a clear plan, daily support, technical detail, tactical understanding, match connection, accountability, and regular review. The Full Performance Consultancy starts as a 12-week block. For those 12 weeks, we are not simply working together for one hour a week. We are working on the player’s game every single day. The weekly 1:1 session is an important part of the programme, but it is not the whole programme. The real value is the full support structure around the player: planning, communication, analysis, feedback, video review, parent clarity, and ongoing adjustment. The goal is simple. To help the player become a more complete competitor. Not just a better hitter. A player who understands their game, trains with purpose, makes better decisions, competes with more clarity, and builds habits that hold up under pressure. Who This Is For This programme is for players who: * Are committed to regular training * Are competing or preparing to compete more seriously * Are pushing towards Regional or National level * Want to improve their match performance * Need clearer technical and tactical direction * Want their training to connect properly to competition * Are ready for greater accountability * Have parents who want more clarity around the development process This is not for recreational players or players who only want occasional lessons. It is for players and families who want the development process managed properly. What Is Included Weekly 1:1 On-Court Performance Coaching The player receives one hour of 1:1 on-court coaching every week for the full 12-week block. Sessions are planned around technical needs, tactical understanding, movement quality, decision-making, serve and return development, point construction, match habits, and performance under pressure. The coaching is not random from week to week. Every session connects back to the player’s wider development plan. Daily Communication This is one of the biggest differences between normal coaching and the Full Performance Consultancy. The player is not left alone between sessions. There is daily communication around the player’s development, which may include training focus, technical reminders, match reflections, tournament preparation, accountability check-ins, video comments, player questions, and parent updates. We are not relying on one session per week to drive improvement. We are managing the player’s development every day. Regional and National Development Blueprint The player receives a clear development blueprint outlining where they are now, what level they are pushing towards, what is currently limiting them, and what needs to be prioritised over the next 6–12 months. This gives the player and parents a clear direction. No guesswork. No vague advice. A proper pathway. 12-Week Performance Action Plan Each 12-week block includes a clear action plan. This identifies the player’s main technical priorities, tactical priorities, competitive behaviours, training themes, match objectives, and success indicators. The player knows what they are working on. The parents know what progress should look like. The coaching has a clear purpose. Technical and Tactical Performance Analysis The player’s game is assessed in detail. Technically, this may include stroke mechanics, contact point, spacing, balance, swing path, use of legs, serve mechanics, recovery, and racket control. Tactically, this includes how the player attacks, defends, neutralises, creates space, changes direction, uses height and depth, plays to strengths, exposes opponents, and makes decisions under pressure. The key question is always: Is the player’s technique helping them achieve a better tactical outcome? Because the goal is not to make strokes look better. The goal is to help the player compete better. Selected Video Review Where useful, selected parts of sessions or match play may be recorded and reviewed. Video is used to help the player clearly see their technique, movement, contact point, spacing, decision-making, serve patterns, tactical choices, and before-and-after improvements. Players often cannot feel exactly what they are doing. Seeing it helps them understand faster. Ongoing Monitoring and Adjustment Player development changes over time. As the player improves, competes more, or faces stronger opponents, the priorities may need to change. Throughout the 12-week block, the player’s progress is monitored and the plan is adjusted based on what is actually happening in training and matches. This is what separates normal coaching from performance consultancy. The player is not just being coached. Their development is being actively managed. The Overall Goal The goal of the Full Performance Consultancy is to help the player move closer to the standards required for Regional and National level competition. That means becoming technically stronger, tactically clearer, mentally more aware, physically sharper, and more consistent in competitive situations. Parents are not just paying for tennis lessons. They are investing in the daily management of the player’s development. The player gets structure. The parents get clarity. The training gets direction. The matches become part of the process. In simple terms: The player is not just receiving coaching. They are being guided through a proper performance development programme.
