This policy explains what personal data Slice collects on slice.coach, what we do with it, and how you can exercise your rights.
Data controller
Slice is operated by Harry Lawrence, founder. For any data-related question: hello@slice.coach.
Data we collect
When you complete the coach form on slice.coach/coaches we collect: name, email, city, club (optional), WhatsApp number, display language, plus technical metadata (IP address, browser user-agent). If you arrive via a marketing campaign we also store the UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign, term, content) and the originating URL.
Lawful basis
Processing relies on your explicit consent (form submission) and on our legitimate interest in qualifying coach beta applicants.
Processors
We use Supabase (database hosting, EU region), Resend (transactional email), Meta Pixel and Google Ads (advertising measurement). No personal data is sold.
Retention
Coach leads are kept until you onboard on Slice or for 24 months, whichever comes first. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You can access, rectify, erase, port, or object to the processing of your personal data. Email hello@slice.coach with the address you used to apply. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL or your local supervisory authority.
Cookies
Slice sets a technical cookie slice_utm (30 days, no direct personal data) to remember campaign parameters. If our Meta and Google Ads pixels are enabled they set their own third-party cookies — explicit consent will be required once our cookie banner ships.
