Common questions

I can't sign in

Make sure you're using the email address tied to your account, and look for our verification email — it can land in spam. If it still won't work, email support@slice.coach and we'll get you back in.

How do I cancel a booking or get a refund?

Open the booking under My Classes and tap Cancel. Refunds follow the coach's cancellation policy shown when you book — cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session are normally refunded in full.

How do I become a coach on Slice?

In the app, go to Profile → Coaching → Become a coach, or visit slice.coach/coaches. You add your details and documents, we verify you, and you connect Stripe to receive payouts.

How do I delete my account or data?

You can start a self-service deletion any time. We'll email a confirmation link before anything is removed — use the button below.
